I'm Shiv Kapil Motwani, a student at Babson College building Maximise.AI — an AI coach that watches assembly work through a standard camera and corrects mistakes the moment they happen, in Hindi.

We're piloting on a real production floor in India: my family's manufacturing facility, where I first learned what work actually looks like.

What it does

• Sees the work Multimodal vision watches each step of assembly through standard cameras — no expensive sensors, no rewiring the floor.
• Speaks the language Real-time voice guidance in Hindi. Workers stay in flow instead of stopping to read English instructions they didn't write.
• Catches mistakes early Defects are flagged on the floor, not at the end of the line — saving rework, scrap, and the worker's morale.
• Surfaces training gaps Patterns over time show where the line is struggling, so supervisors can train upstream instead of policing downstream.

Why I'm building this

I grew up on the floor of my family's factory. Most workers I knew didn't speak English, and most "AI for manufacturing" tools assume they do. Maximise.AI is built around the people who actually do the work — in the language they actually speak, on the equipment they actually have.
